WOLFEBORO — The Wright Museum of World War II in downtown Wolfeboro has an ongoing exhibit on D-Day.

According to Wright Museum Director Mike Culver, “The exhibit contains Eisenhower’s D-Day letter to the troops; a life-size paratrooper parachuting down to the Military Gallery floor in front of a wall-size photo of the landing crafts as they approach Utah beach on D-Day; and sound-sticks that allow visitors to hear 1944 radio reports about D Day, “as it happens,”
