ALBANY — Volunteers are sought to identify as many plant and animal species as possible in a 24-hour period during World Fellowship’s second annual  Bioblitz event, which takes place on the center’s 455-acre property.

Registration starts at 10 a.m. on Saturday at the center, located at 368 Drake Hill Road in Albany. The program starts at 11 a.m. with an overview talk, lunch and then people will go into the field.  The first day will wrap up at 6 p.m. On Sunday, Bioblitz will run from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. A moth net would be set up at night.
