LANCASTER — The domestic violence case against former state Sen. Jeff Woodburn (D-Whitefield) will be heard in Coos Superior Court after all.

Coos Superior Court Justice Peter Bornstein accepted jurisdiction of the case on Jan. 9, approving a joint request from the defense and the state Attorney General’s office to transfer the case out of circuit court.
