CONWAY — Tim Taylor, the owner of Mount Washington Vape, has stopped selling JUUL products, the ones high school students reportedly favor, and he plans to tell the school board this and more at its Monday meeting.
"After the article came out about vapes being an epidemic at the high school, I decided to be proactive and pull all the JUULs out of the shop," said Taylor, 24, who lists Carl Thibodeau as his landlord at the Conway Marketplace in Conway Village.
