CONWAY — “Not all set.” That was the new message delivered by two school district unions to the Conway School Board's ad hoc Health Insurance Derivative Committee during an emergency meeting held Wednesday afternoon.

In fact, Conway Education Association and Conway Education Support Personnel officials contend the “all set” comment stemmed from “some misunderstandings” and both unions are working to find a solution to a proposed 15 percent increase in health insurance premiums in the 2018-19 district budget.
