CONWAY — Conway Public Library Trustees agreed Monday that the library building doesn't meet "best practice standards" for supervised family visitations for divorced parents but stopped short of banning such visits all together.

"People who are concerned about the safety of children should be concerned about this issue," said Director David Smolen at the outset of the discussion on Tuesday. "This is legitimately an issue."
