CONWAY — In a shared project between the North Conway Water Precinct and the town of Conway, crews were at work this week on repaving Seavey Street and installing a new water main along the road in North Conway Village.

“It’s a joint project,” said Paul DegliAngeli, town engineer and public works director, on Thursday. “It’s a complete road reconstruction, including water. The water precinct is putting in a new water main and services; and the town is replacing the drainage, and then removing the old road and sidewalks and some gravel and sand, and putting in new gravel and new pavement, and bringing the sidewalk and curbing up around to where it (Seavey Street) meets Kearsarge Street.”
