CONWAY — Did you know plastic straws are the 11th mount found ocean trash and that it takes up to 200 years for a plastic straw to decompose, and they can not be recycled in most places?

Those were just some of the facts third graders at Conway Elementary School shared with Speaker of the House Gene Chandler (R-Bartlett), and it looks like the Cougars may team up for the longtime state representative craft a bill to do something about this environmental problem.
