Swimmers are seen at the boat launch on Connor Pond in Ossipee last summer. Controversy over their use of the boat launch prompted legislation to allow swimming at some boat launches that are open only to non-motorized boats. One of those bills will be voted on Tuesday. (DAYMOND STEER PHOTO)
