Bartlett Firefighter's Association

The New Hampshire Attorney General's Office has told the Bartlett Firefighter's Association it cannot continue to advertise itself as a 501(c)(3) corporation until it files the appropriate state and federal paperwork.

CONCORD — The New Hampshire Attorney General’s Office sent a letter to the Bartlett Firefighter’s Association saying it must cease and desist from presenting itself as a non-profit organization — something it was doing as recently as last month.

When reached for comment Tuesday, the association’s treasurer, Peter Villaume, said he’s getting the correct paperwork squared away.
