CONWAY — The Conway Public Library received $340,000 grant to help make better use of the library’s park.When shown the plan, the selectmen’s chair strongly objected to trees in front.
Created by Congress in 2008, the Northern Border Regional Commission is a federal-state partnership working to alleviate economic challenges in northern counties across New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine and New York. In New Hampshire, projects are eligible for the Catalyst program in Belknap, Carroll, Cheshire, Coos, Grafton and Sullivan counties.
