CONWAY — The deadline for landlords of long- and short-term rentals to apply for Conway rental permits is Dec. 31. The permits necessitate filling out a safety affidavit for one- and two-family buildings, or an inspection by the fire department for multi-family buildings.

Information about the program can be found at conwaynh.gov/documents.
