CONWAY — The Revolving Closet, the popular free clothing store for teens and tweens in North Conway, is becoming a victim of its own success, its organizers say.

North Country Cares — the non-profit enterprise helmed by Emily Smith-Mossman and a board that includes Holly Sares, Louisa Gagnon, Amy Edwards, Ari Moulton, Adam Lane-Olsen and Sherry Hodgdon — currently operates out of donated space atop the First Church of Christ, Congregational. But it is fast outgrowing it.
