WOLFEBORO — Kadence Swift, 18, of Ossipee is the recipient of the first annual R.A.M.S.I.E. scholarship, which was created in memory of a Wolfeboro teen who was killed in a car accident last fall.
Ramsie Taylor, 17, died instantly last September when her Chevrolet Cobalt collided with a dump truck at the intersection of Routes 171 and 28 in Ossipee.
