CONWAY — Dog-waste receptacles in Whitaker Woods were installed Friday and the town has hired a contractor to periodically empty them.
According to Conservation Commission Chair Nat Lucy, the annual cost for the service will be $2,000, and the money will come from the conservation commission budget.
