CONWAY — Kearsarge Lighting Precinct commissioners are asking a Superior Court judge to reconsider a prior ruling and put "reasonable limits" on Cranmore Mountain Lodge's ability to host events.
Superior Court Judge Michael Klass, who presides over land court at the Hillsborough County Superior Court in Manchester, issued a ruling largely favoring CML on Jan. 15 in the case “Kearsarge Lighting Precinct Board of Commissioners v. Kearsarge Lighting Precinct Zoning Board of Adjustment and Shirley Chu, Wilson Kwok, CCKV Partners, LLC, and CML, LLC d/b/a Cranmore Mountain Lodge v. Kearsarge Lighting Precinct Zoning Board of Adjustment.”
