CONWAY — While there won’t be a primary in the Carroll County District 7 Floterial race for the New Hampshire House of Representatives next month, incumbent Ed Butler and challenger Joe Mosca both have one thing in common — each is stressing the importance of constituent service — and both have been active in their communities.

Butler, 68, a Democrat from Hart’s Location, is seeking a sixth term in Concord. He is also in his 17th year as a member of the Hart’s Location Planning Board.
