CONWAY — “The hope is we may have started someone down their career path today,” said Virginia Schrader, director the MWV Career and Technical Center, after the Center and Kennett High School successfully pulled off its first Career Fair at the campus May 3.
The brainchild of Schrader; Jennifer Murphy, director of school counseling; Cheryl Furtado, school counselor; and Christine Thompson, career services coordinator, the fair was designed to help students think about career choices after high school.
