CONWAY — Republican voters in Conway had several contested races to decide on Tuesday, ranging from the U.S. Senate and House seats all the way down to county sheriff and treasurer. Meanwhile, Democrats in Conway basically only had to decide the U.S. Senate and House seats.
Uncontested races included N.H. House District 1 (covering only Conway, which had three seats open and three candidates from both parties running to fill them). Republican candidates Robert Nelson, Gregory T. Corrigan and Karen Umberger will face Democrats David Paige, Ben Colbath and Ellin Leonard on the ballot in the general election on Nov. 8.
