CONWAY — Conway Public Library trustees will be looking for a way to memorialize Brooke Barron, the 21-year-old local woman who died when the pickup in which she was a passenger slammed into the library's brownstone pillars in March 2022.
At their Wednesday meeting, trustees, along with Library Director Jeff Beavers and Brooke's mother, Juli Barron, talked about a way to remember the young gymnastics teacher whose life was cut short when Harold Hill, the pickup's owner, made the fateful decision to drink and drive.
