OSSIPEE — A Carroll County Superior Court judge, who was asked by North Conway Grand Hotel to reverse the Conway Planning Board’s decision to approve a Market Basket supermarket in North Conway, has mostly decided in favor of the planning board in an order issued Tuesday, directing the board only to revisit the number of parking spaces it approved.

Judge Amy Ignatius, who heard the case in a bench trial on March 14, affirmed much of the planning board’s approval, and said the court does not require a new application for the project but told the board to make sure the parking satisfies recognized planning standards.
