CONWAY — A Carroll County Superior Court judge declined to impose a restraining order on a Kennett High School student accused of bullying another student. However, the judge also refused to dismiss the case.
Kevin Clifford of Madison claims that his son, Danya, a senior at Kennett High and a member of the school’s hockey team, is being bullied by members of the hockey team and claims that school officials like Principal Kevin Carpenter, SAU 9 Superintendent Aimee Frechette and hockey coach Mike Lane have turned a blind eye to it.
