OSSIPEE — A Carroll County Superior Court judge has ordered that the indictments against the man charged in the crash that killed the son of state Sen. Mark McConkey are too vague, and he has given county prosecutors until Oct. 20 to fix the deficiencies.

The crash occurred June 15, 2024, just after 7 p.m. on Route 16 in West Ossipee at the M&V Convenience Store and gas station that Mark McConkey owns.
