CONWAY — The Kennett High field hockey team snapped a four-match losing streak and kept its playoff hopes alive last week by going 1-1.

The Eagles avenged an earlier loss to Merrimack Valley (5-8-1, 11th) with a 3-2 victory at home at Centola Field last Tuesday, but ran into a strong Hanover (11-2-1, third in Division II) side under the lights on the road on Friday, where the girls from Conway fell 3-0.
