CONWAY — Dr. Jill Biden, wife of Democratic presidential hopeful Joe Biden, addressed a roomful of people Monday at the Gibson Center for Senior Services
Jill Biden, 68, earned a doctoral degree in education from the University of Delaware and currently teaches English at a community college.
