OSSIPEE — The man convicted of murdering his girlfriend and her fetus is scheduled to be sentenced at 1 p.m. on Monday, and faces two consecutive prison terms of 45 years to life.
Following a trial in Carroll County Superior Court before Judge Mark Attorri,William Kelly, 40, was convicted by a jury on July 9 of two counts of second-degree murder in the Dec. 17, 2023, deaths of girlfriend Christine Falzone, 33, and her nearly full-term unborn child .
