CONWAY — It’s that time of year when things go bump in the night; creepy scarecrows rustle alarmingly in the browning golden autumn fields; and twilight fog seems to take on a life of its own, awaiting the bewitching hour of Halloween.

The White Mountains have their share of ghosts. Luna Paranormal of North Conway investigates a lot of them, and also conducts ghost walks.
