CONWAY — New details in the state's voter fraud case against Scott Kudrick, the man whose name is on the town’s lawsuit against local short-term rental owners, were made public in Carroll County Superior Court filings last Friday.

Documents show Scott Kudrick used the Grove Street address of the North Conway Post Office as his home address for his driver's license. Cellphone records also show Kudrick, who owns several short-term rentals in Intervale and North Conway, was spending the bulk of his time in Massachusetts.
