BROWNFIELD, Maine — The owner of a dog that was exiled from Denmark, Maine, after biting a woman is again facing contempt for allegedly failing to build a proper enclosure and refusing to give the animal control officer access to the dog.
The owner, Edgardo Lozano, will have another day in court later this month.
