BERLIN — Democratic presidential hopeful Julian Castro made a quick visit to White Mountains Community College in Berlin Monday to hear firsthand the issues that concern voters here.

“I wanted to come and visit the North Country because I wanted to make sure I heard the issues here,” the Texan said.
