CONWAY — The community honored the memory of late Center Conway Fire Department Deputy Chief Albion Charles “Charlie” Doe Sr. of Conway this week with donations for his grandchildren raised through the sale of a commemorative decal of his badge created by the owners of Conway Embroidery/Conway Sign Co.
Doe, 61, died of an apparent heart attack May 7. His funeral was held May 17 at the Center Conway Fire Station.
