An increase of 32 cents sounds less than 5.46 percent, just saying to the spinners.

As for Article 2 inviting local government to dictate how people use their property for personal living and rental decisions, this sounds as though NH is going the way of socialist VT. I thought NH was about living free, and the liberty provided by ownership of property without unnecessary governmental meddling to advance separate public concerns, even if legitimate public concerns about affordable housing. Just because affordable housing is an issue, the answer is not to strip property owners of flexibility in the use of their property. There are other answers.
