CONWAY — Conway police prosecutor Janet Hay Subers will be sworn in as a circuit judge in the Concord office of Gov. Chris Sununu today at 10 a.m.

Subers, 58, of Effingham took part in an Executive Council confirmation hearing on June 28 at the State House, where she received a wide range of support from local officials, including Police Chief Ed Wagner of Conway and Jackson Police Chief Chris Perley.
