CONWAY — The Conway Planning Board is looking at proposing a ban on non-owner-occupied short-term rentals in residential zones. The change would go on the warrant in April. They are thinking about calling STRs as "lodging houses."

At present there aren't zoning restrictions on short-term rentals. There's a town ordinance that rentals have to be inspected, but the town has put a pause on that program.
