CONWAY — A North Conway doctor was sanctioned by the state of New Hampshire after criminal assault charge against him were filed. However, that charge was recently placed on file without a finding.

On Aug. 14, Conway police charged Sohaib Siddiqui, 49, of Conway, a co-owner of Cranmore Health Partners, with assaulting his mother. The complaint read that he “knowingly caused unprivileged physical contact to another, his mother, Yasmin Siddoqui, by pushing her with his hand.”
