CONWAY — About $13 million in municipal spending will be debated Monday evening at the town’s deliberative session.

The meeting will be held at Kennett High School at 7 p.m. At the meeting, residents will be able to amend warrant articles by changing the amount of money proposed to be spent on a myriad of items. Then on April 9, residents will vote up or down on the warrant articles at the polls.
