CONWAY — During his tour of the Mount Washington Valley last Friday, you could say U.S. Rep. Chris Pappas used every trick in the book.
During his busy day, Pappas, who represents New Hampshire’s 1st Congressional District, included stopping in at the Gibson Center for Senior Services in North Conway, hiking the Boulder Loop Trail in Albany and biking a portion of North Conway’s planned rec path.
