CONWAY — Two locals who police say were caught with a large amount of fentanyl in North Conway were denied bail by a Circuit Court judge Monday.
Manuel Gomes, 34, of Bartlett and Heaven Hebert, 32, of Conway were before Judge Charles Greenhalgh for a probable cause hearing. But both waived probable cause and instead asked for a bail hearing, which Greenhalgh allowed to proceed before denying them the bail they sought.
