CONWAY — Members of the Child Care Directors of the Mount Washington Valley, a collection of 13 child-care centers that have worked collaboratively for the past 10 years, shared their perspective on possibly using the former John H. Fuller Elementary School property as a site for out-of-district special education placements and a public preschool with the John Fuller Action Ad Hoc Committee when it met April 9.

They were there at the invitation of Mike DiGregorio, Conway School Board member and chair of the ad hoc committee, who on March 9 had shared an idea floated by SAU 9 staff, that the district could save as much as $1.24 million annually by providing a hub for districts seeking out-of-district services.
