CONWAY — Facing increasing health insurance costs as enrollment continues to plummet, the Conway School Board is again looking at reducing staff in its 2026-27 school budget.

The board held a second planned budget workshop on Nov. 24 prior to its regularly scheduled meeting and discussed possible personnel moves.
