CONWAY — County prosecutors are no longer seeking a felony charge against a man accused of torching a Trump flag and causing a significant brush fire in Bartlett but will be seeking misdemeanor charges instead.

David Barr, 40, of Conway was arrested Nov. 16 and charged with felony level arson and criminal mischief in connection with the burning of a Trump flag on Hurricane Mountain Road on Nov. 6, the day after the presidential election.

I agree, barr should pay for his disdain for Anerica. They have overwhelming evidence, but probably agree with barr's hate for President Trump. Hateful people like barr should not be allowed in a peaceful, diverse society.

Its discusting that they would let this slime bucket off on misdemeanors.

He had no regard for life or property when he committed a feloneous arson criminal act. He should be charged and sentenced to the maximum the law allows.

Arsonnis the only crime a person can be shot fir when attempting to commit.

Maybe nextime this piece of garbage wont get off so easy.

Our justice sydtem sucks !
