OSSIPEE — Carroll County commissioners breathed a sigh of relief on Wednesday after staff told them they had convinced the New Hampshire Department of Labor to drop a proposed $48,000 fine down to $600.Â
In early August, County Administrator Ken Robichaud discussed the Labor Department report with county commissioners and told them the county had been cited for nearly 500 labor violations.
