CONWAY — Poverty, homelessness and loneliness will be addressed locally in the coming year by a nascent program called “Buckets of Love,” according to organizer BJ Parker Tuesday.

Parker, 48, of Brownfield, Maine, is Conway’s general assistance officer, but the “Buckets of Love” program will not be a town enterprise, she said.
