CONWAY — After a complaint by a local couple, the Board of Land and Tax Appeals has ordered the town of Conway to have a revaluation completed before 2027 including a list and measure of all commercial and industrial properties. Selectmen on Tuesday signed a contract to do just that. Work will begin next year.

This reval will come a year ahead of the state requirement to have then done every five years and will be done by a different company than the one that performed the 2023 reval, which shifted tax burden from commercial to residential payers and led to the town being taken to the New Hampshire Bureau of Land and Tax Appeals.
