CONWAY — Another local resident is challenging the cell tower proposed for on Artist Falls Road claims town officials were misled about the tower’s visual impact. However, members of the Zoning Board of Adjustment said the town’s hands are tied unless the tower fails to meet requirements after it is built. Meanwhile, Artist Falls resident Kevin MacMillan is still to fighting the town’s approval of the tower in court.
Fellow North Conway resident Bob Lang appeared at the ZBA last Wednesday to appeal the permit given to Bear Hill Development of Natick, Mass., for a wireless communications facility on Artist Falls Road. The tower would be about 160 feet tall.
