CONWAY — More than 225 people gathered on the front lawn of the Kennett Middle School last Saturday for the unveiling of a time capsule that was buried having never been to a time capsule reveal, while others had waited a long time to touch a prized possession.

Danny Quint Jr., Class of 1974, was among the latter. The heralded pitcher who led Kennett High to the state championship had placed the game-winning ball (KHS beat Littleton 8-2), autographed by himself and his teammates, in the capsule.
