CONWAY — A night after not a lot of sleep Conway School Board member Mark Hounsell was fired up that he and his colleagues couldn't agree on a superintendent pay figure to bring forward to the SAU 9 Board. He voiced his frustration with a visit to The Conway Daily Sun Aug. 12.

"This is what the school board can do," he said, "we can articulate the problem. Thus far we as a board have been unable to answer any of the problems we can address and articulate, we just can't solve them.
