CONWAY — The Kennett High cross-country running teams finally got to set foot on their home course last Saturday when they ran in the annual Kennett Invitational against five other schools at the Kennett Middle School. The 5K meet was part of Homecoming for the Eagles.

“It went pretty well,”said Bernie Livingston, Eagles’ head coach. “The only thing was it was a little hot (85 degrees). It slowed everyone’s time down a little.”
