Feb. 4 7:08 a.m. Motor vehicle down an embankment, call from Eaton Town Hall. 10:32 a.m. Criminal mischief call from John Fuller Elementary, damage done at school during basketball game at school. 11:56 a.m. Theft call from Flatbread Company, theft of prescription sunglasses. 3:19 p.m. Scott L. Bradbury, 49, Fryeburg, was arrested on a warrant arrest for simple assault, violation of protective order (penalty) and roberry (unarmed). He was extradited from Florida. 4:27 p.m. Criminal trespass call from Valley Vision, disruptive person in the office. 6:44 p.m. Theft/larceny call from Wal-Mart, female had her purse taken from her shopping cart; purse found in shoe department with money gone. 8:49 p.m. Motor vehicle accident near Wal-Mart, no injuries reported. 9:59 p.m. Barry Daniel Lapka, 42, Beverly, Mass., was arrested for driving while intoxicated and possession of drugs in motor vehicle. Elberg, 38, Conway, was arrested for driving while intoxicated. 10:06 a.m. Theft/larceny call from Saco River Motor Lodge, theft of personal items, jewelry, etc. 1:20 p.m. Theft/larceny call from Cranmore Inc., stolen skis. 1:51 p.m. Theft/larceny call from Brookside Street, wallet stolen from residence. 5:25 p.m. Burglary call from Greeley Road, vacation home found broken into, computer and chain saw reported stolen. 6:50 p.m. Assault call, report of fistfight at Mountain Valley Mall theater. 7:52 p.m. Laura L. Rogers, 37, North Conway, was arrested for issuing bad checks. 8:56 p.m. Sartaj Singh, 18, North Conway, was arrested for issuing bad checks. 9:29 p.m. Drugs/narcotics call at Mountain Valley Mall, subjects sititng in a vehicle in front of Fashion Bug with the hood up, and it looks like they are passing back and forth a joint. Feb. 6 10:40 a.m. Criminal mischief call at the Family Dollar Store, report that someone tried to jimmy the door. 3:32 p.m. Odor of gas in home on Old Goshen Road. 5:02 p.m. Theft/larceny call from the Big Apple, gas drive-off. 6:37 p.m. Motor vehicle violation call at Hannaford. 7:26 p.m. Joseph Miller, 23, Lenox, Mass., was arrested for negligent driving. Feb. 7 1:10 p.m. Criminal mischief call from Conway Elementary School, request an offense number for damage to the building and a response for Conway Ambulance to transport an out-of-control 11-year-old female to The Memorial Hospital. 2:52 p.m. Wanted person call, violation of bail conditions. 3:31 p.m. Theft/larceny call from Millbrook Complex, theft of a Visa gift card. 3:38 p.m. Motor vehicle accident near Ham Arena, minor accident in the parking lot. 6:12 p.m. Motor vehicle accident near Cobble Pond Farms, a Saab rolled into two parked cars. 8:11 p.m. Rebecca M. Katan, 46, Dover, was arrested for driving while intoxicated.Feb. 8 9:28 a.m. Criminal threatening call from Kennett High School, report that a student threatened to beat up the assistant principal and then threatened suicide. The subject was taken to Carroll County Mental Health for evaluation by Cpl. Chris Kevlin. 12:15 p.m. Criminal threatening call from Conway Village Pawn, report that a subject involved in a gun transaction became angry and threatened to return and blow his head off. 3:44 p.m. Obstructing government investigation, possible false information on an application at the North Conway Fire Department. 5:37 p.m. Bad check investigated at Discount Beverages Plus.
