Chefs of the Week: Chris Lambert and Matt Martin, Red Fox Bar & Grille

JACKSON — Matt Martin and Chris Lambert are not only buddies and co-workers, turning out delicious wood-fired dishes to thousands of diners each week at the Red Fox Bar & Grille, they almost seem like brothers, finishing each other’s sentences and maybe even thoughts.

Meeting them, they could not be more different. Chef Matt, large and redheaded, comes across as the outgoing big bro and dark-haired Chef Chris, the introspective younger one. Maybe those differences are what make this team succeed so well.
